13) onomatopoeia is the formation of a word from a sound associated with what is named. Because street lights dont just make a click when they turn off, it would be idiom. I highly doubt it, but if you get this wrong and it lets you retry, it would be personification. Again, I highly doubt onomatopoeia is incorrect.
