2-a burst of sound, especially of laughter.

using this I will make a two sentences with the word to go with each definition

1-As I stepped outside, unprotected from the harsh weather, a strong gale pushed my hair out of my face.

2- A gale of laughter spread throughout the room, the comedian bowed, knowing he had done his job well.
