The foremost important issue that has to be fought against is of course HIV which is a sexually transmitted disease. People and most importantly younger people have to be informed about the issue. The practical help could be the use of condoms. It will dramatically cut down the rate of infection.

The second issue that has to be fought against would be gender inequality. This is a social issue and could be fought socially. A better practical option would be the creation of non-profit organization. The organization could promote itself through the social media.
