Why did perceval’s mother take him into the deserted lands and not allow anyone to teach him anything of fighting or violence?
she realized that there were too many warriors in her family and not enough people who were scholars.
she was from the country and felt it was a better place to raise a child.
she was a vegetarian and didn’t want perceval to be corrupted by others and eat meat.
she had lost her husband and six older sons to war and fighting and wanted to save perceval from that life.
