True because most teens text almost all the time.

For me I would say with this new generation called the "Millennial age" with all the new technology and that we are now more vulnerable to the internet and social media the answer would be true, because now more people are using social media to make friends there, even there are now app for being able to get relationships. Not like before you just had to be very interactive with the person.
