4. what’s the difference between outlining and webbing?

An outline lists the topic, then adds point under it.

on the other hand, a web looks like a spider ( a big circle) with x amount of legs. the topic is the body, and the legs are details. on those legs you can add hair, which are more specific details related to each specific details.

Iwould say you should mainly cover the areas about how it has no health issues or concerns, and also cover the cost, and benefits.
