Why does emily dickinson capitalize most of the nouns in these lines from her poem "a curious cloud surprised the sky"?

Emily Dickinson capitalizes most of the nouns in her poem because she wants to draw attention to a specific idea.  

Like this, the poem tries to give personification to all nouns, given them human attributes. Writers use personification to understand better the nature and actions in a better way. Because it is easier for us to relate to something that is human, its use cheers us to develop a new perspective.
