This is super easy, you just have to count the syllables! :) If it is 10 syllables, it is Iambic Pentameter, or 5 sets of Iambs (a stressed then unstressed syllable). if it is 8 syllables, it is Iambic Tetrameter, or 4 sets of Iambs. If it is 6 syllables, it will be Iambic Trimeter, or 3 sets of Iambs.
