Honestly this line doesn't really give you much to determine the answer from. However, if you've read this scene we can eliminate many options. No one knows where Juliet got the poison so no one, including Paris is angry with the friar. He is not relieved the wedding is cancelled. In fact, when the wedding got moved up, he was thrilled. There is no mention of Juliet's parents anywhere in his dialogue so this is simply not true either. His lines actually talk about how he's thought a lot about being able to wake Juliet on their wedding day which shows that he wanted to be wed to her. However, he can't because she's supposedly dead.
