Need my five sentence paragraph ! to prepare to host a party or an event. the first thing that would need to be done is set a date and find the location. then i would make a guest list, figure out the menu, entertainment. i would seek input from other and an them task to do. three weeks before i would mail the invites outs. once the party or event got in it way i woul make sure everything was going as planned and the guest was having a good time.
