#1)  Explain the similarities and differences between a milanesa and milanesa napolitana.

The similarities between them is that they are basically the same when it comes to what it is made of. They are both made of breaded meat fillet but the main differences is how they are served. The milanesa is normally served with mashed potatoes and spaggethi or with lettuce and tomatoes. On the other hand the milanesa napolitana is made like a pizza. They put tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese on top of it. They also add different ingredients like ham, onion and bacon.
