wothout social media i would go insane becuase i wouldnt be able to keep in touch with family and friends. lots of my friends boost up my confidence on my photos. if someone hates on it, it teaches us that the world isnt sugar coated.

The reason being, we are 24/7 comparing ourselves to the people we see on our screens. We're so focused on what they're doing, that we're forgetting to live ourselves. It's just this repetitive cycle of unhappyness amoungst our society:/ I deleted my social media for a month and am the happiest I've been in a while:)
