Night by Elie Wiesel . What have you learned about life in concentration camps so far that is different than or the same as what you already knew or expected? How is it different or the same ?

Its different because of the perspective that the book is in, but based on other books I've read about the holocaust and concentration camps, the conditions are horrible and brutal in all books I've read.

an great real life example for the lottery principle is the real life lottery itself. it adheres to the lottery principle so much it's even called lottery. you apply for the lottery in the manner of getting a ticket and if you are lucky, the goods are distributed to you, in this case, the huge amounts of money. there are other real life example but this is the best one.
