Exploring your sexuality does not mean you have to rush
out and have sex with lots of different people. It means you
need to be aware of your own feelings of attraction and
desire. Sexuality is a natural and healthy part of living.
Sexuality is part of the package you come with when you
are born, and is with you throughout your life. It is
wrapped around every part of who you are. You already
have it but you may need help in learning how to use it in
positive ways.
