opinion. someone who eat regular food can be as healthy as someone who eats vegetables

I would say this is an opinion because vegtarians eat no meat,however this doesnt mean they eat healthy their just not eating animal meat because they believe its is unsafe or dont enjoy meat.So I believe vegetarians arent more  healthy than people who eat meat,I belive they are the same in health.
