“Winter” in The Blue Eye, is centered on a few new characters: Maureen Peel, Geraldine and Junior. While it may be obvious to see Pecola as a victim, she is certainly not the only one. Write a response to the character you evaluate Morrison’s characterizations, both direct and indirect of one of these new characters. Consider how this character is also a kind of victim, however different than pecola. Your response must follow Schaffer- modeled paragraph. Help?
