What type of fallacy does this passage contain? The Home Owners’ Association says they only want to establish a few rules against nuisances like public noise and cluttered sidewalks. But if we give them power, soon we’ll be oppressed by countless regulations and watched constantly. Our neighborhood will become like a police state.
