What will happen if producers will decrease in a rainforest ecosystem?​

I'm guessing living things in the forest might include mushrooms or even bacteria living in the soil. These living things interact with the nonliving things around them such as sunlight, temperature, water, and soil. The living things in an ecosystem are interdependent.

Sunlight is really important in the rain forest. Many producers can't live without sunlight. For example, all the rainforest trees grow tall because there is enough sunlight for them to grow tall enough. And if the trees don't have enough to grow, they will die and soon the herbivores will have no food to eat and die.
