The phrase in persona Christi means in body of christ's. Within Catholicism, it represents the embodiment of the core values and sacrifices of Jesus Christ for humanity. To a ministry, it represents the sacrifice of Jesus Christ dying on the cross for the sins of humanity, and it reflects what the ministry is willing to do to embody that sacrifice.

Originally, I did think that the priest was "another Christ", but after understanding better, I understood it was more of an embodiment and representation, and in-person of Christ rather than "another Christ".
