"An Occurrence at Owl Creek Bridge" This story has two themes we've not yet explored. The idea of "stream of consciousness" plays a pivotal role in the theme of this story. Because of this, the two themes for this story are: 1.) The line between illusion and reality is often blurred, and 2.) Time itself has a fluid nature (or Time is fluid.) Choose one of these themes to illustrate. On a blank sheet of printer paper, draw a scene from the story that illustrates your chosen theme. On the back side of the drawing, explain in 4-5 sentences how your drawing illustrates the theme you chose. In other words, what's going on in your scene that shows time is fluid, for example? It is important that you do not skimp on your sentences. They will count 12-15 points EACH. They must be complete sentences that begin with a capital and end with a punctuation mark. Take pride in your work and make it something worthy of turning in. Good luck!
