In the past, social injustices were resolved through violent methods, such as uprisings and revolutions, in which the oppressed took up arms against the established power, seeking to overthrow it or obtain benefits for their group. These events, although in principle effective as a way to attract attention, and in some cases also in their main objective, had a great disadvantage that was the enormous social violence that was generated, leaving behind grudges between individuals and individuals. groups in society, which in turn generated new events of violence.
