Update your phone. Go to Settings and select System Updates. If an update is found, follow directions to acquire it.
Go to Settings on your phone to turn on Bluetooth.
Turn on your Bluetooth speaker.
Activate the Pairing Mode on the speaker. This mode allows the speaker to find your phone. Some speakers go to pairing mode when you hold down the power button. Others have a Bluetooth button.
Bring your phone close to the speakers.
Go to Settings on your phone to the Bluetooth screen. The name of the speaker should appear under Other Devices.
Select the name of the speaker on your phone, and this will connect your phone to the Bluetooth speaker.
