Samuel had just moved. He didn't know anyone and was nervous about starting sixth grade in
a new town. His mom told him it would be OK. She said Samuel would make trends easily, and his
new teacher will help him feel welcome
Samuel's mother drove him to his new school on a cold fall moming. The sky was dark, and it
was raining cats and dogs. Samuel had a bad feeling in the pit of his stomach as they pulled up to
his new school
"I would give anything to get out of this!" he thought.
Just then, the school was bathed in a strange green glowing light. Samuel and his mother
looked up and saw a spaceship hovening directly above the school A ladder came out of the
spaceship, and a team of aliens climbed down and landed on the school root
We come in peace," said the aliens. We have traveled long and tar to reach your planet Now
you must teach us everything about life on Earth! Samuel smiled. The aliens seemed interesting
