Hello! I'm kinda a beginner at how do you answer questions if someone has already answered them? Like if I had my own way of explaining it...?

If 2 people have already answered you cannot answer unless someone reports an answer. But if that hasn't happened you can post your answer in the comments.

by 1 person but if it was answered by 2 ppl all ready then u can just put your answers in your coments. so u cant answer a  question if 2 ppl all ready answered it. if  you wanna know how to answer a questions then there should be a button that says answer. if you push the answer button while 2 ppl are trying to answer the question then your not   able to answer. even if u didnt push the button and 2 pll are answering it  still wont allow u to  answer
