What is one way in which Walt Whitman's poem are different from Emily dickinsons

Emily Dickinson's poems have a very well paced writing since she does use some sort of meter and very well defined rhymes. Walt Whitman's poems on the other hand are written in the form of free verse and it's quite rare to see any rhyme on what he writes.

on the other side of the picture, we must learn also to know that guerilla warfare against the germans in, let us say serbia or norway, us; that a successful russian offensive against the germans us; and that british successes on land or sea in any part of the world strengthen our hands.
