I feel that my exercise is getting better everyday. I wake up around 8:30, change into my sport clothes and get ready to exercise. I go to my garage, grab my exercise mat and lay it down on my living room. As i stood with my arm straight next to my body i felt like a soldier standing in line. When i ducked with one hand in front and one hand in back i felt ready to do the next part. then i put both hand in front of me and jumped with confidence. After a few tries my confidence on this exercise is best then always.
