The adverb here is regularly. It is modifying the verb "send"

but it is sometime nessary to hit key points or subjects   but is sometimes to much reveiw if there was a way to slim down the redone work it would improve for every body.

plagiarism can get you expelled from your course, and college, or university. plagiarism can result in legal action like fines and penalties etc.
