It takes courage to be a follower of Jesus in our current times because it may prevent you from making friends; no one wants to be alone in the world. Another reason is that being a Christian can cause the people around you to make fun of you and exclude you from groups, social gatherings, etc. Additionally, being a Jesus follower may even keep you from getting a job. While it can be intimidating, following Jesus is the best thing you can do. Due to many reasons such as becoming a public outcast, it will take courage to openly follow Him.

Right now in society there are many "barriers" when it comes to what we choose to believe in and what others thinks is right. Many people speak out about how they feel about God, when it comes to weather or not they believe in him, it raises a huge argument. People try to find evidence to prove he is non-existent while others do the opposite. Society has created a "good path" and a "bad path" people who chose to follow God constantly get questioned throughout life, and the same is with people who dont choose to follow God, however they do get questioned less. It takes courage when it comes to following Jesus now a days because people have to prepare themselves to answer people and for when they get made fun of, believing in Jesus and choosing to follow him is also just a big leap of faith, it takes trust!

Plz me asap select the correct text in the passage. which two sentences in the passage introduce counterarguments to the speaker’s position in favor of recycling? we only have a limited number of resources to serve humans around the globe. by recycling and reusing the resources we have, we can preserve what untouched natural resources we have while extending the life of the resources we’re currently using. admittedly, we cannot reuse or recycle all of the materials we use in our daily lives.some materials are not recyclable, such as certain food containers.others items are not biodegradable regardless of what we reuse them for, and that can create problems in the long run. my opponent would use these limitations of our ability to recycle to counter my points about the materials we can recycle.however, this is not an “all or nothing” scenario.we should reuse and recycle the materials that we can and try our best not to buy materials and products that can’t be reused or recycled.by doing our part and encouraging others to do their part, we can increase our chances of conserving our remaining natural and manmade resources over time.
