In today's society, people are burning fossil fuels for energy at a rate several times faster than nature created them. At this rate of energy consumption, some scientists predict that the citizens of our planet will run out of available energy before the end of this century. Their logic is that if people remove water from their well faster than the ground can return the water, they will eventually run out of water. They say the same is true for energy. What is the best title for the preceding paragraph?
A. Possible Shortage of Fossil Fuels Due to Rate of Consumption
B. Nature Makes Fossil Fuels
C. Well Are Like Fossil Fuels
D. Energy Will Last Forever
