Someone help me write an essay about do fairy tales have a positive or negative impact on children and their view of the world
here is what I have so far and ill upload the sources. thank you all so much
Once Upon A Time or It Was A Dark and Stormy Night may be how many fairytales start off, but maybe behind these tall tales are getting more of a negative impact on many children today. Some reasons for this might be that children don’t often notice the true morals behind the story and because it can cause children start to take after the characters in the story. There are many reasons why fairytales can negatively impact children, some may even argue that they positively impact children or that the parents would know if it was a bad story. Overall, the children can still take a negative mentality after the characters.
Starting off, children can take after some of the characters, and not in a positive way.

Returning from vietnam, we were given a parade. crowds of screaming people waving signs — not just on one road, one day. no, they were everywhere. every day. on the streets, on the television, on the radio. a hot, angry tangle of shaking fists and ugly words that threatened us like a monster with a hundred heads. our country had chewed us up and spit us out, and now we were being treated as if it were our fault. which sentence best uses figurative language to match the paragraph's tone? a. our feet were frozen in place as the street itself strained to hold us back. b. i felt unappreciated and condemned for actions i had thought were heroic. c. i hadn't expected to find myself in a rags-to-riches situation such as this. d. we had come home to a feeding frenzy and were being treated as bait.
