Being Moral can mean many things.

Being Moral can mean, being concerned with the principles of right and wrong behavior and the goodness or badness of human character, it can also mean a lesson, especially one concerning what is right or prudent, that can be derived from a story, a piece of information, or an experience. The opposite of being moral can mean being bad or dishonorable.

So it you are being moral you are being honorable and good and like having the status of a good person but if you are not being moral you are dishonorable or bad.
