Free writing is a technique that writers use to help them begin writing. The idea is to write down thoughts as they come into your mind. You write sentences without trying to examine them closely or correct them. When you do free writing, you don't have to worry about spelling, grammar, sentence structure, or your choice of words. Write continuously for 10 minutes in response to this prompt "At this moment I am thinking about " This is a free writing exercise, so try not to stop to analyze what you write. If you get stuck wait until a new thought emerges in your mind. (Note that you should write in sentences-or something resembling sentences so that you can capture some kind of flow of ideas.)

At this moment I am thinking about.. how I hurt others. Today, I lashed out on people. I assumed terrible things, and the fact that it was my first instinct to blame others, even though it didn't make sense, says a lot about me. I have no self control and I also don't think about what I'm about to say; it just slips out. I hurt others without realizing it, and I don't mean to. Also, jealousy got the best of me. I blamed my friends, when they had nothing to do with it. It doesn't even make sense. I feel like I blamed them because I'm jealous. I'm jealous that nobody will ever view me the same, a person that they can tell me everything. Someone that isn't annoying. I am the problem, and I don't know what to do. I need help with my self control. I can be very excessive and hard to handle. Everyone calls me "silly, out of hand, immature, a lot to handle". They make me feel like I'm just this annoying thing, and I'm just such a headache everywhere I go. Thats why i lashed out. Thats why I lash out on everyone. I feel like nobody likes me nor doesnt want to know me. I noticed, If I ever get too far in a friendship, they back out. Or I do something wrong. I don't know. I feel unwanted. This isn't a story about someone but this is a brief summary of how I feel all the time. I always try to find new friends, but "I always attract the same people" How am I supposed to know if the person is a good guy If I don't know them? Am I supposed to pick a nerd from the street that has perfect grades and have never made a mistake in their life?  No, nobody is like that. I become friends with whoever makes me feel happy, and who I can relate to. Nobody gets to tell me who I like or who I shouldn't like. It's like telling me to not love someone. I mean, who would ever want to love me anyways? This is a feeling that is temporary, like all of my other emotions. I just forget about it. I just say, "Whatever", and forget I ever was sad about it. I just feel like I'm just getting through life, and not living it. I feel like I want to live my life to the fullest, but I also don't have the motivation to. I don't even do my work, because I'm unmotivated all the time. I feel like doing nothing.  I feel like everybody hates me. I feel unwanted. Today wasn't a good day overall, and I made the people that I really like upset because of my misunderstanding, and lashed out, when it was not their fault and at the end it was MY FAULT. Embarrassing. I should've never blamed people without not thinking about it first. My problem is.. I have self control issues and I'm "a lot to handle". No matter how hard I try to be "serious" and try to grow up, it won't happen. I might be a little crazy, but thats just me. I cannot force myself to change because other people can't stand my 6 year old behavior. Sorry not sorry Imao..
