A simple sentence is like this - Can you go bring the dog? - Simple

A complex sentence is when you have a comma in the middle of two big sentences! - I started talking loudly then I pause, I didn't know what I heard.

A Compound Complex is when you have Two big sentences and you put them together! -

I don't know why my dog doesn't like me, but I hope he knows I love him!
