Or, option two, you can waltz into any grocery store and buy a perfectly good pumpkin pie for a few dollars, and then take it home and spend less than five minutes upgrading it. Think pumpkin pie brûlée, or whipped cream, or a meringue top... all decidedly more delicious than an overbaked pie with a soggy crust. Given the options, the choice seems fairly obvious, no?
