EXPLAIN THROUGHLY AND GIVE ABOUT 5-6 SENTENCES. Why do you think it’s important to have people of color and women in places of power?

Since everything has been surrounded by the white man and his experiences, we need more people to give opinions and ideas. Woman and people of color have been shut into silence for so long we need to let their voices flourish. We all have different experiences in life and it would help the citizens that have been racially or sexually criminalized feel they also have a voice. We need to see from other people's perspectives of life to help create equality.

i would say c, admiration because the narrator related to the main character and she, too, once felt ashamed about her culture and wished to be an american girl to impress a boy. she felt admiration because her mom prepared her favorite foods when her and robert's (the guy she liked) family all came together and had a family reunion.
