I changed Emily and Analise's names but heres chapter 2 lmk what you think! Chapter Two “Emily! Is Analise awake yet??” Mother said holding back tears. “No madam!” Emily yelled across the room. I felt sick. My head… My whole body was in pain! I was awake but didn’t let anyone know, I still knew Monica was the center of attention so it wouldn’t matter… Right? “OH NO IS SHE DEAD!?” Monica cried from the door. Monica started sobbing and Emily came over to comfort Monica. “Shh…It’s okay dear.” Emily said softly. I “woke up” and Monica came racing over and said “THANK GOODNESS YOU ARE OKAY!” She smacked me, “DON’T SCARE ME LIKE THAT!!” “I’m sorry…” I croaked and pushed her off me. Mother came running from the kitchen to my room. “Oh sweetie… I’m sorry…” Mother said choking on each word. “I am so happy you’re okay.” I looked around and realized we weren’t at home… “WHERE ARE WE?!” I screamed. The room went silent. “I will ask only once more. Where are we.” Mother glanced at Monica and Emily. “At grandmother’s!” Monica cheered “Why?!” I cried “Grandmother HATES me!” “Dear, you needed help right away and grandma’s house was closer.” Mother said. I groaned and saw grandmother staring dead at me. “Aha. I see you are feeling better hm?” Grandmother said coming closer to my bed. “Get up and go cook. NOW.” Grandmother continued. I got up and stumbled around the room. My head was spinning but I found my way to the kitchen. I made biscuits with tea. “The food is ready…” I mumbled. “Ahh, thank you for not being a pain like your usual self.” Grandmother chuckled. I gave mother a why-do-you-let-grandma-do-this face. She just sighed and hugged me “Why don’t you go rest?” Mother said in her gentle voice. I walked through the long hallways and up the stairs, I finally found my bedroom and Monica was still in there “Oh uhm… Sorry I’ll leave and let you rest” Monica whispered. “No, it’s fine Monica. I like your company.”
