Positive self-talk : enforces positive beliefs and encourages one to believe in themselves. our brains are wired to take in information in the form of repetition. constant positive self-talk helps tweak whatever negative mindsets you may have

Negative-self talk : this sort of connects to the previous answer. the way you think of yourself and what you think period effects you more than you may think. if you’re constantly looking down on yourself or putting yourself it’s going to become a common trend.
