I'd say the answer is B, I am at a crossroad between B and A. The reason I choose B is for the poem talks about the time it took "March" to arrive home which is at rest. March is the imagery of a lone traveler returning home. The narrator mostly uses nature to describe the long journey that march has journeyed to get back.
