The Camel and the Pig

A camel and a pig were arguing about their height.
The camel said, "Nothing is better than being tall! Look how tall I am!"
The pig responded, "Nothing is better than being small! Look how small I am!"
The camel said that if he failed to prove the truth of what he said, he would give up his hump.
The pig said that if he failed to prove the truth of what he said, he would give up his snout.
Both of them agreed with each other's conditions and proceeded to prove their point.
They came to a garden enclosed by a low wall without any opening, and the camel stood on the side of the wall, and reached the plants inside the garden using his long neck and had a good meal. Then, he turned to the pig who had been standing at the bottom of the wall without even being able to look at the good things in the garden.
He said, "Now, would you like to be tall or small?"
Next, they came to a garden enclosed by a high wall, with a small gate at one end, and the pig entered by the gate. He had his fill of the vegetables from the garden, and came out. He laughed at the poor camel who had to stay outside because he was too tall to enter the garden by the gate.
He said, "Now, would you like to be tall or small?"
The two thought the matter over and came to the conclusion that the camel should keep his hump and the pig his snout, and both agreed that, "It's better to be happy with what one has!"
