In order to be bias free u need to make a principal that watever the situation comes but youll never ever follow the wrong thing.you should always stand for the truth does not matters whoever is ur opponent sometimes it may be ur own friend but u should be completely determined to ur principle and never ever speak for insincere people ... if u do so then u will be able to work bias free and consequently all ur problems will dissolve..
