The main characters in the story are Napoleon, Squealer, and Snowball. They made the humanfarmer run away from the farm and all wanted freedom. Napoleon and Squealer, however, grewto want more than that. Napoleon was a power-hungry pig and he was determined to be the oneand only leader on the farm. He always got what he wanted and would stop at nothing to do so.Napoleon’s right-hand man, Squealer was manipulative and persuasive. His only job was to dowhat Napoleon wanted, regardless of the task. Often times he was tasked with lying to the rest ofthe farm animals, making them believe something that wasn’t always accurate or honest.Snowball was another pig but he was mainly concerned with the best interest of the farm, unlikeNapoleon and Snowball. He arranged meetings for the animals to air out concerns and speaktheir feelings openly. He also brought to the table new ideas that could benefit the farm. Seeingthe farm thrive and flourish was his primary goal.
