Many people are afraid of change and try to prevent it from happening. I, particularly, fit into that group. For these people the justification is the feeling of helplessness and fragility that the result of the changes promote in the individual's innermost. The changes modify the situations with which we are used and often comfortable.

However, it is important that this fear is combated, we cannot live flat, because the future can hold great things for all of us if, each one has the audacity to change, reinvent and readapt, whenever possible.
