So a man kills someone, and he is charged with murder and sent to jail. Later on, a woman aborts her child (which is murdering) and isn't sent to jail or charged for anything?!?!

So, why is our society so messed up?

Because a woman has the right not to have a child as long as it has not passed a develpmental period of 3-6 months depending on your state (although for medical reasons this could happen later on), while a man killing an already living and breathing and moving person is murder because they are capable of doing things, as well as the fact that the two subjects are completely different and not related in any way shape or form. abortion is the right of the potential mother no matter what, and it should remain that way because no one has the right to tell people what to do with their bodies.
