Do you think the world would be better if we tried to “fit in” more with each other? Please answer?

What would the world be like if we all tried to fit in with each other? We would all be forcing ourselves to fit in where we don't belong. The races we run would fall short for we would try to run as fast as others and try to be as slow as some. We would stop being ourselves and never get the chance to realize who we are, because we would be too focused on how we want to be like others. Don't think of what others think of you. You are you, and fitting in is for the ones who don't yet know who they are. The whole world would be the same, and then who would you be?
