Job loss and gain is just a rule of nature, but that doesn't mean that we should just ignore such. Rather than doing so, The US Bureau of Labor took it into their hands to create a chart full of statistics on jobs outlook, per industry.

If we take a look at the data chart, we can see that both the mining industry and utilities industry lost job interest from 2008 through 2018. Mining is predicted to start picking up interest from 2018-2028, meanwhile utilities continues its downward spiral. The mining industry's predicted growth can possibly be dedicated to many companies investing more in their operations. This practice could possibly grow the industry because the risks of mining are becoming less and less, introducing more interest. I believe that if utilities took on the same investments towards equipment and pay, it too would see growth.
