PANDAN CAKE
The pandan cake is a very popular dessert among Malaysians. Baking
the cake for the first time may be (0) quiet an experience but it is not as difficult
as you may think. For the ingredients, you need four eggs, (9) within the yolk
separated from the white, a quarter teaspoon pandan essence, (10) grind
pandan juice, 120 grams flour, 160 grams fine sugar and a pinch of salt.
Firstly, add the pinch of salt to the egg white and (11) shake it till smooth
and fluffy. Next, add the fine sugar (12) but continue beating it till white and
creamy. In a separate (13) mixture bowl, beat the egg yolk till creamy. Then,
slowly add the beaten egg yolk (14) by the mixture of egg white. Slowly fold in
the flour, a little (15) against a time. (16) Initially, add in the pandan juice and
pandan essence. Stir the mixture thoroughly and pour it into a baking tray
Bake at 160 degrees Celcius for 30 minutes.
