Males carry a venom cocktail in their ankle spurs that incapacitates victims with excruciating pain. Stranger still, the platypus is the only mammal that uses electroreception. What this means is that the platypus uses its bill to sense the electricity produced by the muscular movements of its prey. The platypus neither sees, hears, nor smells its prey while hunting but, rather, pursues it through electroreception. Perhaps most odd, the platypus is the only mammal that lays eggs rather than giving birth to live young. The platypus is an odd creature indeed. What is the main idea of this passage? it was the battle of midway (june 4-7 1942), in which was an american decisive victory against the japanese navy. americans lost one aircraft carrier, one destroyer and 150 planes. japan lost 4 aircraft carriers, 1 heavy cruiser and 248 planes. american casualties were 307 and japanese casualties were 3057. japan never recovered from its loses and after midway the americans started getting the upper hand in the pacific war.

answer: a lonely woodcutter comes by and decides to chop down the tree, while chopping, connor murphy took a nap next to the tree. waking up from the sound of chopping, he notices the tree falling on him. unable to escape, connor get hit and dies. this was the last of him.
