The importance of balancing work and play is vital to your relationship with other people. You can play with people but if you have work that needs to be done and you don't do it then you will have people mad at you. While if you work too much then people will think all you do is work and that you don't have time for anything else. Balancing work and play is a vital part of your relationship with different people from family and friends to teachers or co-workers. If you don't balance your work and play time correctly you could become overwhelmed and stressed which is not good for your mental health. Not being able to balance work and play correctly changes the way you see things and you can get severely depressed if your mental health crashes from being to stressed or overwhelmed. If you can't handle things the right way you can easily lose the people you love and care about just because you spent to much time doing work or playing with others and not other people. People in sports sometimes get overwhelmed with sports all the time and have to do their work on the way to the game or practice and they have no time to do anything really which the important this is that they can balance it but that's because they have to do stuff that way. People who just sit and do work all day long makes people drift farther and farther away because they don't ever have time for anyone or anything else.
