What does "try again, fail again, fail better" mean??

From my understanding, "try again, fail again, fail better" means that if you fail once, you learn from that failure and try again, if that method didn't work right, then you must try again.

Basically, the idea of this quote is that you must always try your best, if you don't succeed, make sure that you learn from the failure and make the improvement the next time. The basis is that everyone fails at something in life, it is just bound to happen, but the takeaway is that you should always work on improving what you do...even if it's failing.   Hope this helped!
