She adds comedy, but still shows that in reality, it really isn't all that comedic.

Explanation:

She tries to show that even when the situation itself isn't funny, you can still make it that way.

Maybe since a lot of people like comedy they added that in (like maybe to engage the reader) ? But like the other person said the play is showing what some families had to face as a reality back in the 1950's and again like they said the author, Lorraine Hansberry, just decided to add it in.

what makes a hero is someone who tries and acres and then to save people and it’s not their jobs to save them just a normal person that has no experts of saving people would jump in to action without it twice about doing it. me that’s the defection of a hero!
